Question / Help Choppy recording when i play SMITE?

hey guys i dont know if its my computer but when i start recording the hud starts to flickr and i dont know what to do please help if you know the problem.

One thing that can cause flickering is using Monitor or Window Capture on a fullscreen game. In that case I would recommend to use gamecapture instead of Monitor/Window capture to get your smite into OBS.

On the other hand you are on a laptop and might have to set OBS to run on your Nvidia Graphics Chip. This can be done in the NVdia control panel:

in this example it shows firefox:
- you would click on Add
- browse to your OBS installation and select the obs.exe
- then use the dropdown to set it to "High performance NVIDIA processor"
and then save everything! Make sure to restart OBS and give it another try.
