both the preview and the output of my stream from OBS is really choppy. Neither my CPU or Memory go over 25% overall usage and stay below 10% inside of OBS. it shows 48FPS and is at less that 0.0% dropp. it is at 13/101681 dropped frames due to rendering lag. What could be the problem?
