I'm having problems streaming CS:GO

Specs: http://imgur.com/KgBEeCF
CPU: i5 3570k @4GHz
GPU: 2GB GTX 560
RAM: 8GB 1600
Monitor: 144Hz Asus
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Internet: 30/4

When i stream the game feels and looks choppy and i also have some pretty bad frame drops. While not streaming i hover around 250FPS and while streaming, downscaled to 720p, i drop below 120FPS.

I have my bitrate at 2000, my resolution in game is 1920x1080 with all video settings in game on lowest, stream res is 1280x720, and CPU preset on Very fast.

What am i doing wrong? I would like to play/stream the game at 150+ FPS. Any advice?

looks like monitor capture with aero disabled ... just use game capture and get red if monitor capture except if you really want to stream your desktop then disable aero

Using game capture removed choppyness completely! Thank you so much for that. It also definitely helped in improving my FPS drops. Do you have any further suggestions for improving my in game FPS while streaming?

Thank you for your help!

Well, if you aren't using monitor capture anymore, you should probably turn Aero back on.

Now I'm having issues where the game stutters a bit. It's like I'm lagging but I know I'm not. My ping in game will be at 40 and i'll rubber-band a bit and when swapping weapons it stutters a good bit. I don't understand why, i should be able to stream this game just fine i feel.
