Hi so been trying to get my twitch stream working smooth my issues are no matter birate from 3000 to 6000 or quality from 720 60 to 1080 60 when I go back and watch my vod it is so choppy it gives motion sickness I have 60 ave up and 900 down but the vods look perfect on a phone but choppy on pc
My logs show no dropped frames anywhere I will post them when I get home currently at work
my setup
Cpu i7 9700k
Gpu evga ultra xc rtx2080ti usage total when encoding is around 80
twitch bandwidth test the closest is Chicago. With 10000bitrate 15ms rtt and quality from 94 to 99
Everything runs smooth no lag on stream preview I’m really at a loss
