Choppy/laggy video on Windows 11(before recording and during and after recording as well..) all the way until i close off obs, its laggy

Rendering Lag is GPU overload, plus your CPU is overloaded. Load reduction is in order. Have you tried your QuickSync encoder yet? It should work, if you install the latest driver. Take some load off the CPU......

The M340 driver may need an update. I'm not using any AMD products but the latest release is slightly different than the installed version. You may want to look into this some more.
