Question / Help Choppy/Laggy Streams

My internet has always been bad and never good for streaming. I try to stream to friends, maybe one or two people at a time, just to watch me play some games, nothing major. I'm not good with technology and I don't know the first thing about actually trying to stream successfully; I did some tutorials when first using OBS after downloading it from Twitch's site.

Now, though, the stream is even laggier and choppier for them ( I have it open in a tab to see how it is, too ), and it's unwatchable. Is there any way to fix this?

I know that I'll have to post some kind of info for my setup and computer specs but I don't know how, too, so help with that would be appreciated, please.

If you dont have the proper upload speed for streaming then you should not stream. post your logfile and also a screenshot of the results for your region of this:
