Question / Help Choppy / Laggy Recordings

My recorded videos are choppy and laggy, that is the main issue.
They also seem to be a bit pixelated and the audio isn't synced properly.
Thank you in advance for your help, I am a bit new to obs, so please be patient

Update: Still having this problem, and it has just gotten a bit worse

Set CQP to a value between 14 and 23. You may also wish to run OBS as administrator and turn game mode on in Windows 10.
