Question / Help Choppy gameplay, stream looks fine (Game: LoL)

So as title said im having this problem. When i stream i have choppy game, but fps looks fine, when i look at stream it looks fine too.

My specs:
Gpu:Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M
Ram:8Gb
128SSD
Cpu:i7-6700HQ

Internet speed:

Maybe some of my options are bad or something? Have no clue just started to stream
