I bought an Elgato recently and whenever I stream I get choppy frames. This does not happen when I record only when streaming. I've noticed that my frames drop from 45 to as low as 20's. I've changed the fps in the properties for Elgato and also for OBS itself as well and the resolution from the Elgato and even the console itself to see if that somehow affected and nothing. And even when I do get consistent frames the stream somehow still looks as if it's skipping some. Not sure if the problem is my computer even though I have used an Avermedia Live Gamer Portable before and never had any problems whatsoever. I've made sure I have the latest update for the Elgato as well as OBS. I've tried changing the bit rate, changed the scene buffering to 700 tried the different CPU presets even tried older versions of Elgato Game Capture.
