Question / Help choppy framerate

Hello, I have been test recording various gameplays to see how good the quality is. I got the quality pretty high but the framerate appears choppy in the recording. When I was actually playing the game the framerate was a full 60 fps. any reasons as to why? thanks!

80000 bitrate might be overkill, might have something to do with it, though I couldn't be certain, generally 16000/16000 with CRF at like 12 is usually more than enough for high quality HD streams. 80000 may actually be the culprit, check to see if that's the case or not (though I'm not entirely sure to be honest). Seems like your computer should generally be powerful enough to handle 1080p 60fps otherwise, probably just barely, depending on your GPU I think, because your CPU is definitely good.
