Choppy first seconds of recording with AV1

I recently upgraded my hardware and naturally wanted to record my footage as good as possible. I find the AV1 to be my favorite, and the recording results are excellent, except for some choppy recording at the beginning. Sometimes lags a bit randomly, which is also a bit annoying. I've tried various settings, watched tutorials, and tried many things to fix my problem, but nothing seems to fix it. Alternatively, I can record my footage using the AMD Adrenaline software, but because of the way I set up my sound system, I have to increase the volume significantly to record the sound correctly, whereas in OBS I just use the application sound recording to fix the problem (my favorite feature btw).

What am I doing wrong? Does anyone here have any ideas as to what this might be?

As you can see in the video, it's very choopy/laggy at first, but then it suddenly stabilizes.

I just want to share that I fixed the problem myself by changing the CQP preset from "Quality" to "Balanced".

Hope it helps if anyone has the same or similar problem.
