Question / Help Choppy final product

Hello! I am trying to record "The Forest" and despite the game looking smooth on my screen and on the preview screen in OBS, the final recorded product is not smooth nor pleasing to watch. I doubt it is the GPU or CPU as the frames lost are about .1%. Here is the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/XyBrRttz4lQ5hVtC
Thank you.

According to your logs, your recordings are nearly perfect. You could run OBS as administrator to help reduce the very few frames lost to rendering lag, but that won't fix the issue you're actually seeing.

If you're using the default windows video player to play back videos, don't -- it does not handle high framerate video correctly. Use VLC instead.

Also, you are running multiple monitors at different refresh rates. Windows 10 currently has issues handling this (with a fix hopefully coming in the 2004 update). The only known workaround right now is to run all your monitors at the same refresh rate, preferably 60hz to match recording framerate.
