Question / Help Choppy Audio, Newbie needs to decipher log?

I use OBS to stream on twitch. Currently I am experiencing a problem where I have this choppy like audio. Stream quality seems fine, audio can be choppy in and out and almost like a scratched up CD for those of you who remember those... It isn't as drastic as that but is noticeable to my viewers when I stream. As I am very new to streaming and the program in general this will be my first time deciphering the log. Can anyone let me know if they see anything that looks like it could help me with my audio quality?

Why are you using display capture?

Definitely a streaming newbie, Display capture seems to be easier when switching different games and such. Is that affecting audio quality?

Display capture offers the worst capture performance of the three capture types and may be influencing system performance enough to be causing the audio issue. You're better off using game capture with hotkey based window selection.
