"Choppy" audio for no reason

Hi.
I have a dual-PC setup for years now, i control everything on my gaming PC and send audio/video through HDMI to my streaming pc's HD 60 Pro capture card.
It's been about two weeks now when i noticed this weird fin thing happening on stream, example https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2610590170?t=00h58m21s right after i die there's this "chop", a brief moment when there's no audio. It happens constantly.
I haven't changed my setup in years except changing my GPU to RTX 5080 in my gaming PC. Even after that it has been working fine and there was no issues. It just started to happen.

What I've tried:
- reinstalling gpu drivers multiple times, including using DDU in safe mode
- installing older drivers for Nvidia HD Audio
- reinstalling OBS on my streaming PC (i use SE.Live, StreamElements addon)
- making sure i have matching audio sample rate

I have no sound issues while in-game. You can even chet out some older VODs - there's no issue like in those.

Anyone has any ideas?

- reinstalling OBS on my streaming PC (i use SE.Live, StreamElements addon)
This plugin is known to break OBS. Contact their support for assistance.
Alternatively, completely remove it. Use the uninstaller they provide, then go to %appdata%\obs-studio\ path and manually remove the leftover files they keep in here for no other reason than keep causing issues. Now, uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix any other changes this plugin may have perform. Test it.

A log file from the stream is needed

Anyway, looking at the VOD there's no choppy audio, just some audio cuts here and there.

Yes, those "cuts" is what i'm talking bout.
I fixed it for some reason. OBS was unable to detect Elgato's Game Capture's audio in "sources" and i had to add it as a separate microphone. After removing everything and adding it back again in "sources" the audio appears in the mixer like before and there's no audio cuts.

Thank you for answering anyway, cheers.
