Which one is better amd fx - 8120 or the intel i5 3330?

Intel, and ONLY Intel...

If you must go AMD, it needs to be their best - FX-8350, then OC'ed to 4.5Ghz at the very least. I recommend 4.8Ghz.

A single Intel Core is more powerful than 2 cores put together from AMD's best CPU (FX-8350).

I'm not here to get into a battle over amd and intel...but I run an amd 8150 at 4.2 mhz and I stream just fine...with photoshop running to update graphics and another instance of the racing game running to get two live shots, and obs project running along with VB6. AMD does a fantastic job at multi tasking....oh last time I checked cpu usage during all this it maxed out at 14%...runs normally around 30 celcius.

Depends on settings, only someone with one could give you something else than a guess.

another question is
ECS H61H2-M2 Intel H61/DDR3 motherboard compatible with the intel i5 3330 processor? im try to google but it gave me different answers

As long as the pins are same it will work. Your processor is 1155 pin which would require a motherboard of same pin support that is all. Normally you would like to get a H77 motherboard if you are not gonna overclock and Z77 if you will.
