Question / Help Choosing browser source, just get white screen

Hi there everyone!

Windows 10, OBS updated on startup.

I'm brand new to this and tried to Google some assistance but aside from someone having the same issue which was caused by Duet(which I don't use), I couldn't find anything.

When I select my Firefox browser window for source, this is what I get:

Could someone tell me what I might be able to do to get the browser window to show?

Disable Hardware acceleration in your Browser
Chrome
Settings --> Sytem

Firefox
Settings --> Performance
