Question / Help Choose CPU for streaming PC (FX 8370 vs Core i7 4790)

Hi everyone!

I want a separate computer for streaming (already have a good capture card). Need to stream at 720p 60fps and 1080p 30fps in good quality.
I can build a PC on the AMD FX 8370 (new) or Intel Core i7 4790 (used) processor. Price is the same.
It is planned to use x264 preset.
Which processor will be better for this task? Or are they both is too much and i can buy something cheaper for these purposes?
I read a lot of threads and do so much searches, but can't find the real answer.

Either go with a i7 4790 or pick up a Ryzen 5 1600X or a Ryzen 7 1700. An FX will not get you very far.

NEVER buy a new FX chip. Either get Ryzen or a used i7 haswell and newer

Any desktop Intel i7 from Sandy Bridge onwards is better than that AMD cpu.

Ryzen is really good for what you want to do as others have stated.
