I'm not sure I quite understand, but are you saying Tencent added an anti-cheat system to the Chinese LoL client which is preventing you from capturing the game?

If they have an anti-cheat in place that prevents game capture from hooking, then you'll have to either run the game in Windowed/Borderless mode and use Window capture, or use a capture card. That is not something that OBS can bypass. You should take it up with Tencent instead, if you really want it fixed.
