Check for Updates Not Working

I tried it manually. Not working.
I had to uninstall it completly, remove (save roaming appdate!) appdata. clean all.
And then it worked for me.
Now it crashes all the time.
Loose my microphone every second to every start. cant get it back often even with pc rebooting.
Every start it put a desktop audio source into obs, which I dont have.

Installe nvdia skd for audio and video.
and now yeah my mic wont work anymore. the worst version ever.

Warned you not to upgrade. Go to 30.2.3 https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases
 
Hey there,
In my view, it looks like the issue has been fixed. You can now update through the app's built-in update checker. Just restart your computer and give it a few tries.
