ist there a way to activate check files changes?

I am using this because my chatprogramm takes a picture of my chat and save this image and then take it to display on my screen. Without this opportunity i cant show my streamchat.

I am using https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/ubiquitous-2-chat-obs-source-plugin.132/ to display my 3 chats (twitch, hitbox, beam.pro) in a little box at the same time. For me its the best solution so far i know. I could use window capture to capture the chat but the thing with the the image is better in my oppinion.
