Question / Help Cheap graphics card for streaming

Greetings. Can someone recommend a good cheap GPU that I can use with OBS to offload the strain on my CPU? I do not need a GPU for any types of intensive graphics processing, only the bare minimum that will allow OBS to use NVENC or the AMD equivalent. I'm using a small form factor HP desktop to live stream weekly church services, and right now the load on the CPU is pretty high and affects other computer tasks like playing videos. If there is a list of all compatible GPUs for OBS, a link to this list would be greatly appreciated.

A GTX 1660 is the best NVENC-only card right now, however be sure to check it fits in your SFF system.

Thats probably gonna be too big, but it will be good for streaming. Since its not really a large amount of movement to stream People a GT 710 might be fine or a GT 1030.
