Question / Help Cheap Capture Card for wii recommendation

Hello everyone,
I want to stream retro games with my wii. I have searched the internet for a bit and found a bunch of capture cards. Deezer and Roxio seem to be cheap alternatives for all the HD capture cards.

Do you have any recommendations for me? I also have no problem with internal cards

If you want to capture HDMI and you're using a desktop computer, any internal card will do (avoid blackmagic/decklink though).

Avoid USB 2.0 capture devices. I repeat, avoid USB 2.0 capture devices.

The Wii is annoying as it uses composite. Most composite capture devices are old and crappy, so you may want to get a composite to HDMI converter.

There are also S-Video and component cables available for Wii, I would wager that S-Video would be good enough to stream, and you would avoid the troubles that come with USB 2.0 HD capture devices.

This is about as nice as it gets when it comes to SD USB capture devices, not too expensive and very decent video output, works directly in OBS as well.
