Chat box docks lag?

Hi! First i need to say i have two monitors, (main monitor 144hz second 60hz) i use my obs in my second monitor, for there all good, when I play League, Forwarned my game goes normal, caps 144fps and goes pretty well. But the problem goes when i try to play Terraria or Genshin impact, Just having the Chat box Doc alone in the second monitor makes my game going from 144 to 60 or less, making terraria go super slow and stutter. (If i have all obs in the second monitor EXCEPT the chat box the game goes fluid again, knowing that the problem is the Chat Box doc, i tried everything, giving obs priority, game priority, locking de dock, lock preview, having all obs in my main monitor but the problem is just the chatbox, and i can't really stream without looking at my chat, What could be the issue? How could i resolve it? Thanks

¡Hola! Primero debo decir que tengo dos monitores (monitor principal 144 hz, segundo 60 hz). Uso mis obs en mi segundo monitor, porque todo bien, cuando juego League, advertí que mi juego va normal, tiene un límite de 144 fps y va bastante bien. Pero el problema surge cuando intento jugar Terraria o Genshin Impact. El solo hecho de tener el cuadro de chat Doc solo en el segundo monitor hace que mi juego pase de 144 a 60 o menos, lo que hace que Terraria vaya súper lento y entrecortado. (Si tengo todas las observaciones en el segundo monitor, EXCEPTO el cuadro de chat, el juego vuelve a funcionar con fluidez, sabiendo que el problema es el documento del cuadro de chat, intenté todo, dando prioridad a las observaciones, prioridad del juego, bloquear el muelle, bloquear la vista previa, tener todas obs en mi monitor principal, pero el problema es solo el cuadro de chat y realmente no puedo transmitir sin mirar mi chat. ¿Cuál podría ser el problema? ¿Cómo podría resolverlo? Gracias.

StreamElements related? OBS Studio does NOT have a Chat box dock, that I'm aware of
You can add a browser window, or 3rd part plugin, but you haven't indicated which you are using.
Also, you ignored the pinned post in this forum regarding posting your OBS Studio log when asking for help
