Two things I'm missing with the current chapter marker implementation:
1. A button in the recording controls
Hotkey-only means nothing is visible in the UI. A small button next to Pause would make it way more discoverable.
2. Some log feedback when it fires
Right now pressing the hotkey gives zero confirmation. During long recordings it's easy to miss a press and not notice until later. Even just this would be enough: [Chapter Marker] Added at 00:12:34
