Question / Help Changing Viewers Perspective when broadcasting and Pixelation/Stuttering _ Log file included...

This is my first post here and I'm new to OBS. In iRacing I have my drivers seat view, but when I go watch the broadcast, it looks like the broadcast was shot from the back seat of the car. I messed with the Red Crop square and it seemed to get the perspective better, but because I had to crop probably 30% of the view to get the perspective closer, it seems pixelated when I run the Facebook video full screen, and there is some minor stuttering. Is that because of the crop? Is there a better way to get the view I'm looking for instead of cropping with the Red Box? Also, I believe I was running 1080 at 60 FPS. Is that what could be causing the pixelation and not the cropping?

For a good example of the stuttering start around the 4:45 mark.

Here's a link to the video that corresponds with the log...
