Changing to keyint 15 and bframes 2 with Simple video recording output

Simple output recording uses a keyint of 250 and I need a keyint of 15 for creating videos for editing. Are there custom muxer settings that can do this? There is no documentation on what can be used in custom muxer settings for simple, or for x26 options for advanced output or video encoder settings for custom output. I am using version 27.0.0 (64 bit). I need to use the equivalent of simple quality with bframes=2 and keyint=15. How does one achieve that with OBS.

Further issue encountered.
I can not replicate the simple mode recording values in advanced custom settings. The rc=crf changes to rc=abr when using advanced custom and there is no field on the settings page which allows me to change it back to rc=crf. I can do that in adanced standard output but that output does not allow me to change keyint to use a frame value rather than a seconds value. Due to use of rc=abr, the quality of the video is reduced. Is there a muxer setting that I can use that will fix this?
