Question / Help Changing Quality on Twitch using OBS

Hello there!

I'm using OBS to stream on Twitch and I can't seem to figure out how to make it so people can change the quality setting on twitch i.e. 480p, 720p, 1080p, etc. The only option available is 900p+. What is the setting to change that? Thanks in advance.

There is no setting to change that; it is called transcoding and it's an option made available by Twitch and only to Twitch.TV partners.
