Question / Help Changing Colour Format?

I have noticed when doing local recording when watching back the output file the colours seem to be fairly muted and not as vibrant as they are when actual playing the game. What colour format does OBS capture in and is there an option to change this or make the output file more colourful?

Everything gets converted to 4:2:0. There will probably be more options in the future for local recordings.
