Question / Help changing aspect ration of NDI Source videos during livestream

I noticed when I added videos of guests from skype to OBS, the aspect ratio kept on changing to the point that it has become too small or too big that it covers my face too.. what can be the reason for this? Is poor internet connection a culprit?
