Changed default Virtual Camera Icon or prevent OBS from becoming the default camera

Hi, I posted this in the discord, but there wasn't anyone who could help me directly, so I will post this here:

For some reason my internal camera stopped working in between 2 meetings, so when I went to the new meeting, the OBS virtual camera became the default. The logo however that is shown when the camera is not streaming is the OBS logo. This logo was considered offensive during this meeting.

So my question (or maybe two questions):
- Can I change the default logo of obs when my virtual camera isn't on.
- Can I disable that OBS is automatically chosen as the default camera when my camera stops working? (my obs application wasn't running, btw, windows just thought it was my camera)
This is my MS Teams screen when my camera doesn't work (so I don't want this icon to appear):

Go to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-dshow
Change the placeholder.png image to something else "less offensive"

Sorry for the late reply, wanted to test this a bit first.
Seems to be working on different platforms. Thank you so much!

I had the same question.
That icon looks like the it should be on the flag of a war-mongering dictatorship.
That is what happens when you let programmers design your UI (don't take offense, I'm a programmer myself!)

I concur. That is exactly how it was perceived.
