Question / Help Change twitch game title on hotkey?

I play a lot of games on my channel, but a lot of the time I circulate between the same main...say 4 games and sometimes IRL. Is there a way to create a hotkey/macro to switch to certain games through OBS? Or is that even possible at all?

I thought there was an addon for it, but I'll be damned if I can actually find it lol
