Question / Help Change recording window size

Hello, not sure what I changed but I just noticed that when I am recording a Window, it is not fitting in the big black recording window in OBS, I adjusted the red border to fit the window vertically but there are big black bars on the left and right sides so basically the recorded window is 4:3 but the OBS black window where the window fits in is 16:9 and I can't adjust the black window to fit the recorded window size :(

I think I must have change the original recorded window size somehow. anyway, it is fixed now. Not sure how to delete the thread.
