Question / Help Change bitrate

So then what's a good setting to have it at?
I am trying to record 1080p @60fps.
When I left it at default, 1000 kbps, it was very choppy. Obviously this is too low.
I'm recording videos only, not streaming.

If you're recording, you should be using crf-based bitrate selection instead of specifying a bitrate.
