Change bitrate record/stream to Mbps

It is confusing settings of this parameter, in Recording and Streams, because the quality already exceeded the 3 digits, so it is advisable to talk Megas, Gigas and Teras.
I suggest changing the bitrate level to Megabits per second (Mbps).

I do not come to fuck up they do not want, this is for professionals, used by Sony Vegas, Handicam, Samsung, Adobe Premiere Pro, Panasonic P2, Avid Media Composer and I can go on forever.

Adobe Media Encoder CC use MBPS

Plays.TV Streaming Service used MBPS

Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Premiere Elements used MBPS (Megabits por Second)
