Capturing Wii content @720p60 and 1080p60 lags like hell

Hello,

I am trying to capture Wii content with OBS with my EVGA XR1 Lite Capture Card, but the video feed on OBS lags a lot. What do I do to fix it? I will have the log file attached. For context, here are my PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (stock speed not overclocked)
32GB DDR4 3200mhz (2x16GB Dual Channel)
Nvidia GTX 1660 Super

Don't downscale, set it to record at full 1920x1080. The resizing takes processing power either from the GPU or CPU. But does the Wii output 1920x1080? Is i or p? If it's 1080i I suggest setting YADIF 2x deinterlacing which you choose by right clicking on your source.


Also, for best image quality I recommend 4:4:4 chroma instead of NV12
 
The wii itself is 480p so I’m not sure where I stand with that in mind, also I’m new to obs and recording in general but I’ll mess around with it tomorrow
