Alright, so I want to capture Pokemon TCG for the GBc using the Visualboyadvance emulator . I set it to do so, and the screen is black. I'm the administrator so that didn't work... So, what now?

Being the Admin doesn't mean OBS runs as Admin. To run OBS as Admin, right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
