Question / Help Capture Stereo 3D SBS - possible?

I tried with several games, Mirrors Edge, Dying Light and Dirt Rally, but it only records in 2D, Some people recommend OBS for 3D gaming but the only program I managed to capture SBS is Fraps, now the file sizes there are huge.

I'm also trying to do this so any news would be great. I want to stream it so fraps isn't an option.

I've seen a guide to stream SBS with Shadowplay but I'd much rather use OBS if possible for all the configuration I get.
