Capture Settings (Help needed)

In short:
Video quality capture is good, can’t get audio quality to a decent level.

The long:
I create videos (mixing and mastering guides/lessons) and every time i capture in OBS the video quality is good but the audio quality always sounds like a very low res MP3. Even when my channel settings is at 320 (i prefer higher) after capture the info of the video file says it’s 200-300 (varies) and i can hear all the low res compression artifacts.

I need to know how i can keep my video quality as is or higher, but up my audio quality as high as possible (1,411 kbps preferred).

I used to use an audio capture plugin in my DAW (Cubase) but everytime Cubase saves the plugin hickups and gets out of sync.

So i managed to get my DAW audio straight into OBS, which could save a lot of time re-syncing in post.

But i can’t seem to get my audio quality right.

Not know if helpful but:
i have a Nvidia videocard.
tried x264, MP4/MOV.

Anyone can help here?
