Question / Help Capture my friend's iPhone or Screen ?

At first I'm sorry for my english. (I'm french but I'll try to speak correctly)

So I see on YouTube Gaming one guy stream his game (that's why youtube gaming or twitch was created lol) but he also stream his friend screen or iPhone screen, I want to do the same but I don't know how it's possible, any one can help me?

They are probably using a custom built solution. You will be best off reaching out to them to see what they are using if you're trying to do the same thing.
