Question / Help Capture multiple windows

Hello !

Is it possible, with OBS, to capture multiple windows ?
For instance : I have 3 windows opened - X, Y and Z -. I want to capture X and Z only. So when I start recording, I can switch from X to Z, but when I switch to Y, it is not recorded.

I have another question : is it possible to Capture the screen, everything then, except the taskbar ?

Window capture or Game Capture will capture all but the taskbars. For your first question you can/should be able to accomplish this using the Auto-Scene Switcher, you can always just toggle the visible eye ball on each source when you need to, but sounds like you want Auto instead...
