Question / Help Capture is mirroring itself

Hi All,

Terrible first post I know, but I searched high and low and cant find another user with this issue.
When running captures it does the below in the screenshot, I have attached the log file as well.
Can anyone help?

That is normal, because you have OBS on the same Display as what you are capturing. Your monitor shows OBS, and OBS tries to show your monitor, so they loop forever. This is called the Video Feedback Effect. It will go away when you stop looking at the OBS preview on the same display you're capturing.
