Capture in Motion JPEG Format?

Hi. I just got OBS working for the first time. I have a Magewell USB Capture device. I tried a few sample captures, but I'm not happy with the video quality. Can I use OBS to capture in Motion JPEG (MJPEG) format?

You can try to fidle with the custom ffmpeg options. But you are on your own here.

When you select "indistinguishable" preset from the regular encoding options though the quality should be fine..

If I were to fiddle with the ffmpeg options, where would I start? Does OBS use ffmepg to capture video? Is there a way to determine what ffmpeg options are used when I capture with OBS?

I tried indistinguishable, and the video quality did not seem to improve.
