Question / Help Capture Card

Hello everyone,

I recently started using OBS and I am really pleased with this piece of program.
Though I play a heavy game like Battlefield 3, I still feel some FPS loss (or maybe that is a setting problem?).
So I would like to purchase a capture card. It would be mainly for streaming but of course, also for recording.
What could you guys recommend for me to get? It's not necessary for it to be very cheap. But of course good value for money :-)

Connection: 100/100 Fibernet
Program using atm: Dxtory

You may want to try OBS' own Game Capture Source before investing in a capture card. You have a fast CPU and fast internet connection, so you could stream at 60fps with Game Capture which can be problematic with capture cards.

Is that the big "Source" button in the download section?
I just downloaded that but I don't see an installer file... Maybe I am missing the point of that download :)
