I'm trying 2 different capture brands, a £175 Elgato HD60 S+, and a £55 Mcbazel to capture game footage from PS4 and XboxOne. When both cards are working fine, there is no discernible visual quality difference between them. The issue comes with the audio. The Elgato's sound keeps crackling and popping, whereas this problem doesn't / rarely occurs with Mcbazel, but instead with Mcbazel the audio and video can be a second apart sometimes. I have tried fixing this issue and looking through forums for answers, but still no joy. Any ideas?

Make sure you have the audio sample rate set the same across all devices (including OBS audio settings).
It would also help if you included a log file.
