I'm trying to figure out my screen tearing issue with my 2 pc stream setup. Whenever something moves on screen it does this weird screen tear, if you can call it that. I think it might be an issue with my capture cards output. It shows perfectly fine as 1920x1080 in avermediacenter 3d.
So I have my game pc's gtx 1080 hdmi running to a hdmi splitter then from the splitter I have another hdmi that runs to my capture cards (avermedia c027) hdmi port in my streaming pc to bypass HDCP.
On my gaming pc I have obs running and fullscreen projecting onto my capture card display
Also when I check AverMediaCenter 3D on my stream pc and it says the capture card is outputting 1920x1080. I don't know how to change this. I would like it to be 1280x720 but it just wont work. I've gone into nvidia control panel on my gaming pc to change the capture cards resolution to 1280x720 but it does nothing? I'm probably missing something simple but idk lol
Looking at the recordings, audios also high pitched and weird.. idk I have spent so much time on all this with no positive outcome. I just don't know what to do
Here's what it looks like when i set the resolution to 1920x1080 on the video capture device in obs and a log with it

Here's what it looks like at 1280x720 with log as well
