Question / Help capture card mouse cursor in full screen

Hey all, few simple questions:

In OBS studio, suppose I capture HDMI stream with a Blackmagic capture card, can I do the following?:

1. Display the captured video in full screen mode, without anything appearing besides the input video (no window borders)

2. keep the mouse cursor visible while in full-screen mode, so i can point out different areas in the video to people watching.
