Capture Card Lag

I use a Razer Ripsaw HD. It was working fine few days ago but just today, it keeps lagging. the audio also has some issues. Here's footage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLFGZqKZo38. And after recording that, IT JUST FROZE

edit: it may or may not have been fixed. i haven't heard the audio stutter that much and there doesn't seem to be lag though. i'm updating my nvidia drivers. I'll leave it up incase it happens again

From personal experience, the ripsaw's handling of 1080p60 is very finnicky. Even plugging directly into my motherboard with no other USB3.0 devices on the same controller, it would invariably drop capture within 30 minutes, requiring a reinitialization of the device to continue capturing.

720p60 should work just fine, but unfortunately that means running your source at 720p60. Since you're recording at 30fps, I would first try leaving things at 1080p and changing your capture framerate to 30fps and see if the issue persists.
