Question / Help Capture card, is it worth?

Hey guys!
So, even if i stream in 1080 with a bitrate of 3300 kb, when on the screen there is a lot of action and movements, the stream seems to suffer some kind of bluring effect, the screen is not clean like a real full HD.
I've seen some streamer using a capture card and is a lot better, the stream is more clean, so im thinking to take one.
I use only one PC, CPU 4790k and 970 g1 as gpu.

Any opinions? Feel free also to suggest some specific model, i see that the avermedia live gamer hd is really nice

Thanks so much

On a one PC setup, a capture card will NOT offload any CPU or GPU load at all. It actually will cause MORE CPU load, due to a longer capture pipeline (GC/WC/MC just copy the frame data from one place in VRAM to another place in VRAM).

Unless you plan to stream console games or move to a 2PC setup (which is overkill unless you are livestreaming as a full-time job), you do not need a capture card. Avermedia make strictly starter-grade gear, and use 'creative marketing' to prey on new casters.

Unless you are a Partnered caster on Twitch, you should not exceed 2000kbps to maximize accessibility. 1080p is right out. Downscale to 720p@30fps.

Ok thanks For the info, i Will buy a ps4 in september cause ff15 so i think that i have to take it in any case... So what do you suggest instead avermedia?
And For the res. And bittrate, i Tried 720p@30 and 2500k, but is kinda ugly as output...i know about the accessibility but atm nobody told me Nothing about buffering or other kinds of problem.
If you have some tips to improve a good quality at the stream staying on 720p and lower bitrate is really appreciated.
I dont have a log here cause im in office, but im using the standard settings For twitch on obs, just Changed bitrate and fps

Thanks!!!
