Question / Help Capture card freezes mid stream any ideas?

My capture card (Avermedia Live Gamer Extreme) is freezing mid stream and i have to reset OBS for it to start working again. i uploaded a log and one of you guys said that they didnt see anything wrong with it. He then suggested usbviewer and switch around where i had everything plugged in i did that and it still didnt fix the prob.

is there anything i can do other than what i already did?

just incase anyone else wants a look here is the log

If they're competing for USB bandwidth, you'd need to put the two devices on separate USB root devices. At least I think that's how it works. How many USB root devices you have and which USB ports are associated with which would depend on your motherboard. In Windows 7 you can discover this in Device Manager, I assume there's something similar in Windows 10.
