Capture Card Device is not showing up as an option on Video Capture

Hello, I have seemingly tried everything I could find to fix this problem but it’s still not working. I got an HD60 S capture card, and it does work on its own software Game Capture HD, but still doesn’t on OBS? I’m only able to use one screen so I have it plugged into the second HDMI port that is on this computer. I’ve closed all other apps, I’ve unplugged and re-plugged, uninstalled and re-installed several times. Also checked my setting to see if the camera is granted access and still no luck. I have no idea what else to do, if there’s a specific thing I have to do to fix it?

If You're on an M1 or any other silicon chip, you're out of luck.
